Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Items must remain unused and in original packaging

 

 

 

 

Refunds

 

 

  • Processed after verification of the claim

  • Issued to the original payment method

  • May take 5–7 business days after approval
